Consider Timeshares
When you're planning your Indonesian vacation you have dozens
of accommodation options. From quaint seaside cabins, to luxurious
first-class resorts, there's something for everyone and it's
up to you to determine which is best for you. Hotels are a
good option if you're making a one-time visit to your favorite
area of Jakarta, Yogyakarta or Bandung, however if you're
planning on returning, you may to purchase a timeshare
so that you can secure prepaid, weeklong accommodations at
a fraction of what you might pay to rent a hotel room. Many
vacationers shy away from the idea of timeshares
because they aren't quite sure how they work, and there's
a wealth of misinformation to lead them astray. However, it's
really quite simple.
The Process is Simple
Timeshares are a way for vacationers to share the economic
responsibilities of owning a vacation property. Here's how
it works: you'll buy an increment of time, generally one week
(though larger and smaller shares are available if you're
so inclined) at the Indonesian resort of your choice. Other
owners will use the unit when you're not, and because there
are so many of you pitching in, the cost to the individual
owners is significantly reduced, while the amenities and services
are generally of a much higher quality. There are timeshares
for sale peppered throughout Indonesia,
and finding the perfect one can be a fun, yet daunting task.
Try Renting First
One way to take a hands-on approach to your research is to
rent
timeshare. Renting affords many of the
same benefits of ownership, like larger units and more luxurious
appointments, without any commitment and generally at a fraction
of the cost of renting a hotel room of similar quality. And
renting is a great way to get to know the various areas and
resorts so you can find the perfect vacation destination for
you, should you decide to buy timeshare there in the future.
