An authentic half-timbered Alsatian house, `it is warm and cosy in winter, with big sofas in the bar'; in summer the conservatory opens on to a large terrace. `Always buzzing with visitors from Strasbourg, the spacious restaurant has lo beamed ceilings, modern art, well-trained staff, and it delivers serious food, with an extensive wine list accompanied by sound advice. deserves a Michelin star.' Jerome Daull is the owner/chef. Bedroo are `a little dark, but quite large and well fitted, with decor a tou folksy.
